Hi

I customized the incident, service request, computer and user forms i SCSM long 
time ago, everything have been work fine for the analyst.

But on Monday or so, the incident and service request from is now normal 
(out-the-boks) for all my analysts. The computer and user forms are still 
showing the customized forms.

Evening on the workflow server the customized forms are not showing .

I did try:
1. Restart all environment
2. Reinstall the client console
3. Used different user accounts
4. Resealed the incident and service request management packs and uploaded it 
to the environment.
5. Connect the computers that are not working to my test environment, and the 
customized forms are work - same build as production.

And now some voodoo.
On my computer alone everything works, and the custom forms are showing.
I do have reinstalled the console, and my console is still working. So 1 out 
off 30 computer are working.

Mainly everyone is running Windows 8.1 or Windows 10.

So everyone have an idea where to look?
