I have never heard of anything out there. I know you can set up accounts on the xbox that have restrictions. Maybe streaming the xbox to a Windows 10 with the Xbox App? Might be worthwhile reaching out to major nelson and seeing what he thinks. He's the public face of much of the xbox platform. He is very reachable on many places like twitter, reddit.....
