Are these clients in the same domain as the new DP? Any possible firewall issues?

I have checked the test url for the DP and I reach it and download files. We also have an old site that is currently our production site that we are trying to migrate from, so our new site is not in production yet, we are just setting up the infrastucture. I have checked the IIS settings and haven't found anything unusual, I have even compared it to our old site and it matches. I have attached the datatransferservice.log. Any insight or suggestions would great! -Josh
