I see some errors in the log about method not allowed:
Error sending DAV request. HTTP code 405, status 'Method Not Allowed'

Check the IIS filtering rules to make sure you aren't blocking a needed verb.
The IIS log on the server will tell you exactly what verb it's trying to use
(GET, PUT, HEAD, etc). Someone else might chime in as well with better info,
but at first glance that jumped out at me. I had a similar issue with a
previous environment.

Subject: [mssms] SCCM 1602 DP Errors

Hello everyone I just setup a brand new environment and I am getting 404 errors
when my clients try to download content. I have checked the test url for the DP
and I reach it and download files. We also have an old site that is currently
our production site that we are trying to migrate from, so our new site is not
in production yet, we are just setting up the infrastucture. I have checked the
IIS settings and haven't found anything unusual, I have even compared it to our
old site and it matches. I have attached the datatransferservice.log. Any
insight or suggestions would great!

-Josh
