The peak voltage for the K&W charger is adjustable using pots. Mine is
tuned according to the manual to start at 84 volts and at least 15 amps.
This this charger tapers off the current pretty quickly toward the end of the
charge cycle. I guess until I have the capability to push a constant current in
for 1 hour at the end (and measure / test the results) I won't know for sure if
they are really being filled to the maximum.
