36V , I think it's a 1 HP motor. Any recommendations fro a scooter
control that may suit?

I forget, you have 36v or 48v? There's quite a few 36v scooter
controllers and I've successfully run 48v on a 36v.
Have any of you used controllers from 4QD?
I haven't. Nearly bought one but decided to go with Alltrax instead.
