So I picked up the two frames this morning.  Turns out they are scooters, 
but they are pretty cool and will be lots of fun for the kids, so I am in no 
way disappointed.  One seems fairly complete with a motor and a controller 
(36V 40amp), but who knows if it works.  The other is SANS motor and 
controller.  After I get them up and running I'll snap some photos.
