Also check here 9th from the top: http://www.thunderstruck-ev.com/inv.htm . Kind of pricey though. Curtis carries AC controllers with inverters integrated designed to be run from a battery.

I have not heard that Briggs and Straton plans to return to production. >From what I understand they only sold 5,000 eteks and do not plan to ever produce it again due to liability and other issues. They probably didn't make much in comparison to their ICE products anyway.
