Yes, I came up with 40 as 18 miles each direction,
plus 2 hills and about 7 miles of interstate.  Very
few stops, but still want to use regenerative braking
if I can.

So the fix that I'm in is that I need decent range as
well as some speed.  I'll have to keep searching to
find out if this is do-able.
