You could just go and buy one, but I think it would be more fun and just as
challenging to make one.  Part of my reasoning on a moped is the fact that I
don't have to insure it or get a class M license in the state of Texas if
the top speed is 30mph.  Now I know that the El Ninja can do that as well,
but I just thought it would be fun to do a moped.
