I just found out yesterday that California is going to offer rebates on electric motorcycles, 2 and 3 wheel. The web 
site is typically confusing and incomplete, so I have an interview request in with the contact person.

I'll post up when I have info. savings might be $1k or maximum $5k, you can't 
tell from the site.
