This coming summer my family will be taking some type of electric vehicle throughout the state of Florida in June & July to demonstrate to Floridians that electric vehicles have come a long way since golf carts. Our purpose is to encourage people to consider buying any vehicles which burn less fossil fuel.
We would like to trailer a family size EV sedan, highway speed with a decent range. If you have such a vehicle that we can lease, buy, or borrow please let us know. So far, our family will be funding the whole cost of this trip. Hopefully, we can get some businesses to offset some of the costs, but, if not, we will pay for all of it. We feel that the issues of global warming and escalating gas prices are at a level that we, as a family, must do something significant to help. Our skills as individuals fit this project.
