Hi Fran,
I think you have a great idea. I thought about doing something similar and having the media involved to document the progress. I received my eBox in September of 2007 and I have been to a number of events since then. I drove my eBox from Palm Beach to Orlando to the 2007 Renewable Energy Expo and the International Auto Show, and to another annual auto show just north of Orlando. I also drove my EV to Tampa from Palm Beach to the National Governors Conference, a total of around 220 miles one way. http://www.acpropulsion.com/ebox/specifications.htm R. Our purpose is to encourage people to consider buying any vehicles which burn less fossil fuel. We would like to trailer a family size EV sedan, highway speed with a decent range. If you have such a vehicle that we can lease, buy, or borrow please let us know. So far, our family will be funding the whole cost of this trip. Hopefully, we can get some businesses to offset some of the costs, but, if not, we will pay for all of it. We feel that the issues of global warming and escalating gas prices are at a level that we, as a family, must do something significant to help. Our skills as individuals fit this project. We call it The Electrical Vehicle Initiative. If you have any questions that I can answer for you please call 850 656 5409. Or you can email [EMAIL PROTECTED] Thanks! Fran
