Folks,

I have c onverted ny Ranger to an EV because the production electric car I
really wanted wasn't available. I occcasionally show my car, but am always
concerned that the limitations of my car are mistaken for the limitations of
"Electric Vehicles" in general.

My standard for the best production "Electric Vehicle" yet made is the RAV4
EV. Not to minimize the Tesla Roadster or the E-box, but they are not
production vehicles from a major atuo maker, although I would be happy to
own or drive either one of them.

I choose the RAV4-EV as the standard because it is a "Practical" family
vehicle. Something a lot of people can relate to, a sort of "Folks Wagon".

The problem is not many people know about it. So to spread the word and
make sure anyone looking at my car knows what I consider the real standard
is, I have put together a one page 8.5x11 sheet printed on both sides to
hand out at events.

The document serves as an introduction to the RAV4-EV and recent EV history.

I offer it to you in the form of two files, an RTF and A PDF. Print one,
then flip the page over and print the other on the back. The beauty is, if
you disagreee with it in part, you can modify it to suit your needs.

I would be interested if you feel the need to make changes. I might
incorporate them in my copy.
