I have 3 moss portals, two that work fine, one that doesnt. They were
installed with the default sqle installation. yesterday got a page cannot
be displayed error when i changed the host header on the site and
restarted iis. I then changed it back and it still didnt work. I was told
that i should have done this in the central admin page but i cant find
where to do it other than extending the web app to another iis site.
This morning however digging a little deeper i am seeing the follwoing
errors in in my app log on the server.
The start address
<sts3://parents.stlouis.melb.catholic.edu.au/contentdbid={c89fd5a9-dcbd-4a30-8cf0-002fd2cb624c}>
cannot be crawled.
Context: Application 'Search index file on the search server', Catalog
'Search'
Details:
Access is denied. Check that the Default Content Access Account has
access to this content, or add a crawl rule to crawl this content.

Database full error on SQL Server instance 'SLDMSVR6\OfficeServers' in
database 'WSS_Content'. Additional error information from SQL Server is
included below.
Could not allocate space for object 'dbo.EventLog'.'EventLog_Id' in
database 'WSS_Content' because the 'PRIMARY' filegroup is full. Create
disk space by deleting unneeded files, dropping objects in the filegroup,
adding additional files to the filegroup, or setting autogrowth on for
existing files in the filegroup.
Im not sure whether both of these are effecting eachother and hence the
cause of my headache so i was wondering if anyone who knows more than i
can help out. I havent found any documentation on what the WSS_Content
database actually does, however all other portals work.
If anyone can shed some light, i'd be much apreciative
Thanks
Greg
