You could do one of the following :

(1) Create some composite controls - within .NET - as add as "one control" -
like an address panel or similar.

(2) Or change the WEB.CONFIG setting to allow for MORE - would work in the
interim.

Just need to do IISRESET. Web.Config file location :

C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\wss\VirtualDirectories\80(WebApp Port Number

Increase the limit :

    <SafeMode MaxControls="200" CallStack="false" DirectFileDependencies="10"
TotalFileDependencies="50" AllowPageLevelTrace="false">
      <PageParserPaths />
    </SafeMode>

Subject: [OzMOSS] Site Customisation!!!

Hi All

I am getting the following error when adding ASP.NET controls. Is there a way
to increase the limit?

An error occurred during the processing of
/ssus/ohs/_catalogs/masterpage/default.master. This page allows a limit of 200
controls, and that limit has been exceeded.

Troubleshoot issues with Windows SharePoint Services.

regards
