We are having this problem and we are not even interfacing with Sharepoint!
Recall that as a work around you can go to the Report Manager http://navigator/reports and upload the reports and data shares. You have to link the reports to the data shares manually on the report properties pages, and don't forget to Update the report after doing this or the link is not installed! If anyone has a clue why a reportserver would repeatedly request a login and refuse all commers, please let us both know. It would seem that the passwords stored in the reportserver database are not being decrypted propertly. We were wondering if this might have something to do with using a login id for the reportserver that is different from the recommended default (we are using a domain administrator account.) We are about to try a reinstall of reportserver, but would prefer to know and solve the real problem.
