1. Where are you trying to move to? What is the target?

2. When on the server itself, can you browse to the target? It may be
that the server's proxy is set up wrong, and that prevents the server from
moving.

3. Is the problem only in that document library, all document libraries
in the site, all sites in the site collection, all site collections in the web
application or across the farm (troubleshooting = figure out where the problem
is)

Subject: [OzMOSS] MOSS Error - Can't copy a file?

Hiya,

I'm having a very strange problem. I'm trying to move a document to another
location and keep getting an error:

(partial url of file) with
Could not find the destination item or folder on this server. | Error

I've checked the file, I can access it it ok and can manipulate it so can check
it in, check it out, but no matter what, it does not move over anywhere.

In fact, no files can be moved to another document library.

Has anyone experienced this before? What can I do to resolve this?

Regards,

Uzma
