What about the mail server regional settings? Are you using local mail server or are you using a dedicated mail server?

This issue is obvious when the day is over 12. Otherwise it is very difficult to realize that there is a problem, which is causing a lot of confusion for the end users. Has anyone seen this issue before (and have a fix / workaround), or have I done something wrong? Any help or information would be greatly appreciated.
