This may make a difference internally but we require external access as well. I'm sure it's going to turn out to be a silly versioning difference between dev and production servers. Will pass it back to the server team and post the results. All the settings are the same and the production domain has been added to the Trusted Sites list in IE. Short of editing Htmltransinfo.xml in 60\Template\Xml\ to have empty ProgId values does anyone have another explanation or fix for this?
