Sorry, haven't looked into the authentication/authorization part of the API
in detail... So don't know what you can and cannot do...

But it's defenetly possible to include a Silverlight upload client in your
own CMS, have the user configure the account settings, and have your CMS
upload video content to Silverlight Streaming Services.. :)

Sounds like a cool feature to have in a CMS - Keep us posted on how the
implementation goes!
