What Martis suggest is correct. Install TFS SP1 after the patch install. It works well. The only question I have about that is, i have also made this installation on this order and after that i miss all Reports on the portals of all the team projects i have. The exact error is: Reporting Services Error _____ * An error has occurred during report processing. It will shutdown all services to guarantee that during the installation there's no activity from developers and so guarantee that TFS databases will be ok at the end of installation. If you have a dual server installation you have to install the patch in both application-tier server and data-tier server. If you don't do that it will show this message: "The application tier <TFSServer> is attempting to connect to a data tier with an incompatible version".
