Mostafa,
I saw a similar error message when TeamBuild had been triggered (by CI)
on the build server, and was attempting to do something silly (like use
the 'community' version of dotfuscator, which can't run "headless").
Perhaps your build is triggering an external application that tries to
open a window/require user input?
For reference, the exact error was
Visual Studio Just-In-Time Debugger
An unhandled exception ('System.InvalidOperationException') occurred in
dotfuscator.exe [3852].
Possible Debuggers:
| New instance of Microsoft CLR
| New instance of Visual Studio
| <the team explorer instance that's open>
You mention the unhandled exception window - does yours show the actual
Exception and source (which I've bolded in my example above)? In my
case, the solution was to remember to install the licensed product...

I regularly leave Team Explorer open and connected for very long periods
of time and haven't seen this exception (either before or after
upgrading to Service Pack 1). Have you upgraded to Service Pack 1? Do
you have any third-party add-ins installed?

If you try to open Team Explorer Window for long period
connected to one of the TFS Servers, you will get un handled exception
window which mention select a debugger from the list if you leave it
for longtime (about 1 hour or more).
Does anybody face the same problem before ? Is there any fix for it ?
