My understanding is that you don't "go offline", you have to manually remove 
the read-only attribute on the files you want to change and start making your 
changes, then "tfpt online" will identify the changes you've made and 
automatically check the files out for you... It's not a pretty story but it 
works.

I have a simple question regarding working in offline/online mode. I know how 
to set it to online using TFPT online – but not to offline.
 
Does anyone know how to specifically set your environment to offline?
