Thanks for the advice Grant. I had tested the connectivity to the email server and it was ok, so it does not appear to have been a firewall or security based issue. I ended up restarting the server last night and that appears to have fixed the problem. If it happens again I will turn on the logging as per the link you sent and see if I can find out what the real problem was. Thanks again for you help. Bevan

Since last week none of the event notification emails for build completion or other events subscribed to via the bissubscribe.exe tool are being sent.
