I attended an excellent MS-run course called "Customising VSTS" which looked at stuff like: * customising WIs * reporting * groups and permissions * process template editor * check-in policies * TFS events * migrating from VSS ...and other stuff. The presenter was a TFS Ranger from New Zealand, and he was so good we're getting him over to do some strategic work for us (migrating our very large, business critical TFS instance to TFS 2008 with some nasty complexities). I'm don't have the course name or anything sorry. I think it was a one-off, we bought all seats on the course which was run twice for us (2 days each). So anyway MS have some nice material prepared there if you can get onto it.... probably not very helpful, sorry. Justin.
