I've found some other posts about this elsewhere, but no satisfactory solution. New TFS08 install. Happens on all clients and web clients. Restarted client. Restarted TFS. Refreshed client cache (deleted files). Invoked "run" for https://tfs08 /Warehouse/v1.0/WarehouseController.asmx. One post elsewhere suggested removing a constraint from the TFS db that prevents duplicate names, and apart from not having the guts to screw with a constraint, this is a fresh TFS install and there are no other Areas that could be conflicting.
