I know how to send alerts, but I'm a little vague on how to interrogate the system for reports of download activity. The idea is to monitor and alert managers when a particular employee or group of employees downloads to create and/or update a workspace. Is there a "workspace monitoring" tool that I've missed in the docu? I have considered using SQL Server Reporting services, but wonder if this is a good way to go (??). Any ideas, thoughts, pointers to documentation would be greatly appreciated.
