I found that this didn't work.. I have just not got it working again by rolling out the previous update as well ( 3068 ) and adding a service startup timout of 2 minutes, that seems to have fixed my problem. When we attempt to start the service I get a timeout error message but not information in the Application event log or the SQL Server log. I uninstalled the update with the hope that the problem would be corrected, but this did not work. Has anybody else seen this problem or know how I can get around it?
