Hi! What's genuinely beneficial for one is automatically beneficial to the other, to my way of thinking. I think an engaging class is probably your best classroom management strategy. Beyond that, I've also found different strategies work for different classes, different kids, and different kinds of issues. Is this a purely hypothetical question, or is there something specific to be addressed?
