Sorry, my laptop is possessed...I wasn't finished. I keep going back to one of my favorites, The Watsons Go to Birmingham-1963or The Last Book in the Universe. The first one takes place in the past and discusses the human experience and the history of civil rights, with the second one, science fiction, show what can happen to those rights if we don't fight for them now.
I would love to give my kids a book at the end of the year. I could do that with my 36 kids in elementary, but it would be tough my 120 now...lol Kim -- Kimberlee Hannan Department Chair Sequoia Middle School Fresno, CA Laugh when you can, apologize when you should, let go of what you can't change, kiss slowly, play hard, forgive quickly, take chances, give everything, have no regrets..
