In light of the fact that my students are expected to show growth on
NWEA testing, I wonder how to address my feelings about teaching to a
test. This year, while testing demonstrated students reading well
above grade level, I saw little growth in the numbers. Does anyone
else have to deal with these types of measurements? You know, its all
about the main Idea, vocabulary, sequencing, and all that stuff.
Thoughts? ideas?
