Thanks, Tena! Seems like I've been hearing talk of The Book Thief this summer....is it really long? Is it a Y.A. novel or an adult one that they might be able to relate to?
It will take most of the year to read aloud one time? Or you mean you can refer back to it throughout the year, like a true mentor text? Now I'm curious....I'm going to have to get ahold of a copy for sure....maybe I could suggest it to members of my book club...
