We complete a couple "book reports" per school year and I was thinking
about how to set a project up that would be authentic. While thinking
about character traits, I began to wonder about how a character may
present themselves in a social networking environment. My kids love
this idea and already have created the format. They are chomping at
the bit to get going. Where could I safely launch it? I thought about
using Pages, Publisher, Keynote or Imovie as a sort of faux site. But
I want the kids to be able to respond to the message boards on a
site... Keith...can it be done through our lit site somehow? I
obviously cannot use myspace or facebook because they are blocked. Are
there any thoughts on what we could add to this project?
