We have tracked down the incompatibility between Apple's "Internet Sharing" and Little Snitch which was reported by some users. It is caused by one of our factory rules.

You can fix the problem by changing the factory rule

Deny any connection to 0.0.0.0

to

Allow any connection to 0.0.0.0

Technical background:
"Internet Sharing" is handled by the daemon "natd" (Network Address Translation daemon). This daemon is tightly coupled to the kernel's TCP/IP stack implementation and communicates over the special address 0.0.0.0. Little Snitch must therefore be configured to allow this address, at least for natd.
