Fellow users: I've subscribed to this list just today; have not yet received a single post--so if I'm violating any norms of good behavior here please forgive :-)
I installed and attempted to set up LS today, and have encountered a lot of problems. I am also running "Privoxy", the localhost proxy that manages browser activity (http and https) so as to eliminate pop-up ads and many other marketing related annoyances. Do any list members here use Privoxy? Any known conflicts with LS? After my machine hung up and would not access the Internet at all any which way, I attempted to "uninstall" LS, and could not do so using the installer. Had to use Terminal and sudo. Not fun. Is the installer a known problem? I also encountered problems establishing rules; the dialogs seemed to progress normally, but no new rules appeared. Any ideas, suggestions will be appreciated.
