[Littlesnitch-talk] LittleSnitch generating odd config.plist XML

Here are the first couple lines found in the config.plist file in: 
(~/Library/Application Support/Little Snitch/config.plist)

[EMAIL PROTECTED],—<plist version="1.0">
<array>
Most .plist files begin with this:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<!DOCTYPE plist PUBLIC "-//Apple Computer//DTD PLIST 1.0//EN" 
"http://www.apple.com/DTDs/PropertyList-1.0.dtd";>
<plist version="1.0">

Is this really what it should look like? I've changed it but it only 
returns after loading the modified version.
