Something fishy about this email complaint. Why am I being cc ? Wonder
if this is a covert attack on the Littlesnitch software..

For my two cents "Littlesnitch" is GREAT software & I intend to pay as
soon as I land a job again!

Dear Michel,

It is very unlikely that Little Snitch is the initial cause for this
problem. Little Snitch doesn't modify your system in any way, and
Little Snitch is completely deactivated after stopping it within the
system preferences.

However if the problem exists only after starting Little Snitch, then
you should check all your "Deny rules" or load the factory default
rules.

How to restore the default ruleset:
1) Open the Little Snitch preference pane within the "System
Preferences" application.
2) Click on the round "lock" button to unlock the preference pane.
You will be asked for your username and password.
3) Select "Restore Default Rules ..."

The simplest way to remove Little Snitch is using the Little Snitch
installer.
If you have already deleted the installer you can download it again.

How to uninstall Little Snitch
1. Start the Little Snitch installer application from the disk image.
2. Choose the "uninstall" option.
3. Restart your system

Regards,
Karl Schwarzott
