PB G4 with 10.4.3 and Little Snitch 1.2.1. Trying to set up Skype (http://www.skype.com/ )and cannot do it if Little Snitch is active - keep getting requests to connect and no matter how many say can do always, that keeps coming up. If temporarily turn Little Snitch off, can log on successfully. Any ideas how to do it with Little Snitch on

I'm afraid this is the "normal" behavior of all VoIP (voice over IP) and p2p (peer to peer) applications. These applications need to create dozens of connections to various hosts and it's virtually impossible to decide which connections are "ok" and if some or "not ok". So the only solution is to "allow every" connection...:-(

Please do the following:
* Go to the LittleSnitch Preference Pane
* Remove ALL rules regarding Skype
* Now launch Skype and wait for the LittleSnitch popup panel to appear
* Choose "forever" and "Any network connection" and click "Allow Forever"

Now Skype will be able to operate normally. You can then manually add some LittleSnitch rules to deny connections for Skype to specific hosts if you want - more specific rules will always overrule more general ones.
