I have 5 rules set for Az and any bittorrent app I use.
app allow tcp ports 1030-65535
app allow udp ports1030-65535
app allow tcp port 80
app allow udp port 80
app deny any ports 1-1029
Granted I could prolly cut it down to 3 but I like the granularity.
