1. GeoNetwork - it doesn't work
2. The desktop icon using launchassist.sh is rigged specifically to the
password user on the sudo command. That's probably why it didn't work.
I believe these 2 issues are related.
Now that you have changed user/password to user/user, I suggest
re-running the install_geonetwork.sh script:
sudo ./install_geonetwork.sh 2>&1 | tee
/var/log/arramagong/install_geonetwork.log
Developers who are re-testing, can do modification as they want on
click2try image (Vm) and please let us know the changes to fix them
permanently.
How to access gisvm:
URL http://www.click2try.com
user id : osgeo
password : livedemo
Once logged in, navigate to My Dashboard -> Applications Manager. You will see
a VM named osgeo-gisvm20-2. Hilite that and click the red LAUNCH button. This
will connect you to the VM
Gnome Desktop user credentials:
user id : user
password : user
One another point, this running vm is build using
"branches/arramagong_2" and please find below errors (got while
