argh, download.osgeo.org/livedvd/data/ too. we can't build without
that. we'll have to try to recover that dir from a recent backup..
(please, does that exist?)
after the xblades came back I did manage to scrounge local copies
of all binaries there to verify md5sums, but not the readmes and
exact dir structure which scripts and scattered URLs depend on.
