Zhengfan Lin,
As mentioned below, we would be delighted to have your help with
OSGeo-Live translations.
The process is described here:
http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Live_GIS_Translate
You will notice that your first step will be to create an OSGeo-id, and
then send an email to our list confirming that you will donate your
translations to the world under our Open Source and Creative Commons
license.
I've CCed this email to the other Chinese translators, who I'm sure will
be happy to help you as well.

Zhengfan Lin,
Thank you for your very kind offer of help. Bo Guo, if you are able to
make use of this offer for foss4g, then I encourage you to do so.
Otherwise, we would love to have your help joining the OSGeo-Live
translation team. I'll send a separate email explaining the process.

Thanks for the reply.
@Bo Guo
Glad to hear that. Please keep us updated if there's anything volunteers
outside the LOC can help.
@Cameron Shorter
I'd love to help in any way I'm capable of. Can any one give more
details ?
