Hi,
Also to mention - G6 has a "backdoor" - there is no way that you can password-protect RTSP stream from those cameras. So good point is to firewall 554 port to only Allowed IP Range when camera is public accessible.

We are still using 2009-02-23 (legacy reasons I'm trying to work around and remove) and the error is happening with the compiled openRTSP.exe and our code so I was ready to point the finger at the camera misparsing the interleaved data. We also tested with VLC (in interleaved mode) and 2014-12-09 and we have not yet seen this issue after 24 hours.

I have absolutely no interest in whether or not old versions of our software work OK, because old versions are not supported.

Just to clarify: Does "openRTSP" - using the latest version of our software - work OK with this server (camera)? If so, then there is no issue.

If, however, "openRTSP" - using the latest version of our software - has a problem with this server, then please post the complete RTSP diagnostic output (printed by "openRTSP" to stderr) to this mailing list, and I'll take a look at it.
