Ross, I am sorry for not providing the details. I have the camera which streams video in H.264 coding and audio has 3 options G.711, G.726 and LPCM I don't know which one to use. Right now I configured with G.726.
In the RTSP client we have written the sink which extends the MediaSink. Does this media sink is cable of handling the audio data also. I am not sure where the audio stream is getting ignored in the path. It will be great if you can point out where the audio data is discarded. In particular, what audio and video codecs do you use. I suggest that you first use "openRTSP" to try to record a playable file from your stream: http://live555.com/openRTSP/#quicktime Then, and only then, should you try writing your own code.
