DALTON, Ga. — Victims of this morning’s bombing at a law firm here are in stable condition at Hamilton Medical Center with burns, a police spokesman said a few minutes ago. Dalton Police Department spokesman Bruce Frazier said four people were injured this morning when a bomb exploded inside the McCamy, Phillips, Tuggle and Fordham law firm at 411 W. Crawford St.
