IMHO, what is needed is to have the reply to the list be the default, and the "Reply All" to include the address of the person you are answering. Just backwards of the way the original L-A list had it. That way it would be easy to reply off the list by just cutting the CC and putting it in the To line. Which is more or less the same as what I do now in order to keep from replying to everyone when I reply all - that is cut the list address out of the CC line and substituting it for the individual addresses.
