At Cape Fear River, there is a container ship terminal that I have never seen a ship at. I was stopped off there and told I was in a restricted area. I was about 200 feet shore side of the main channel but not inside any marker buoys. If it is not on a chart, and doesn't have buoys is it really restricted, or was the police boat having a boring day?
