We are investigating the potential for a voyage to the Artic circle in 2009. Our voyage to Newfoundland in 2003 just wetted our appetites for more edge cruising.
Do any list members have any experience with this voyage area. At the moment I’m trying to decide on the Most efficient heating system. We currently use a “Portable Buddy”, along with engine heat (through a small radiator) for cabin heating, however the fuel consumption is high and we have limited space to carry fuel. We’ve been leaning towards an Espar heating system, but find it VERY expensive. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for your assistance. Rit No virus found in this outgoing message.
