Subject: Re: [Liveaboard] selling a boat

One important thing to remember when placing any 'for sale' ad is to
create a special email address for the ad.
This email will be targeted by many scammer and spammer with many 'not to
be missed' and 'once in a lifetime' kind of offers.... be careful.

I added a line next to the email address saying - For sale ONLY to
persons who will inspect this boat in person ! - was not much help - that
email address still gets 50-100 'offers' per months from 'fully qualified'
scam artists - 3 years after said boat was sold and ads removed from
internet sites.
